How to book
You can book ASCON LIVING on the platform you already know and trust: Airbnb or Trip.com. Choose your dates, check availability and book the entire house in a few clicks. If you have questions first, about the rooms, the location or an airport transfer, send us a message on WhatsApp or Zalo and we will reply as soon as we can.
For families
Ask us about the bedroom layout before you book, so you can decide who sleeps where.
For groups
One person books the whole house for everyone, so there is no need to coordinate several hotel rooms.
For remote workers and long stays
Let us know if you plan to work from the house; WiFi reaches up to 1 Gbit/s with mesh on every floor.
What you book
You book the whole private house for your group only: over 250 m² across three floors plus a rooftop terrace of about 56–60 m². Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms and air conditioning, a guest WC, a living room of about 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, an entertainment room with karaoke, a 4K projector, a PlayStation with PlayStation Plus and Netflix, and a rooftop with BBQ, smoker and a view of the river and the District 1 skyline.

Airport transfer
An airport transfer from Tân Sơn Nhất can be arranged with your booking. Tell us your flight details and we will take care of it.
Washing machine and laundry service
Guests may use the washing machine in the kitchen area. A laundry service is also available for 30 EUR per load, handy for longer stays or when you travel light.
After you book
After booking you receive the arrival instructions for self check-in with the keypad lock and the key for the outer gate. Our free ASCON Guide App for Ho Chi Minh City has places to eat, things to do and practical tips. Please read the house rules before you arrive; the most important one is simple: loud music only until 21:30.
