Frequently asked questions about your private house in Ho Chi Minh City
Everything you might want to know before booking the whole house, from bedrooms and bathrooms to check-in, entertainment and house rules.
The house
Do we rent the whole house?
Yes. You book the entire private house for your group only: three floors, over 250 m² of living space and the rooftop terrace. No rooms or spaces are shared with other guests.
Where is the house?
At 389A Đường Trần Xuân Soạn, Tân Hưng (District 7), Ho Chi Minh City. Restaurants and street food are nearby, and the rooftop looks out over the river to the District 1 skyline.
Is the house good for families?
Yes. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the entertainment room has a 4K projector, karaoke and a PlayStation for indoor fun. See our page for families.
Is it good for groups of friends or colleagues?
Yes. Three en-suite bedrooms give everyone privacy, and the living room, entertainment room and rooftop are made for time together. See our page for groups.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and air conditioning, plus a guest WC in the living area, equipped like the other bathrooms.
What size are the beds?
The master bedroom has a 180×200 cm bed. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a 160×200 cm bed.
Does bedroom 3 have a window?
No. Bedroom 3 is an interior room without a window. That makes it dark and quiet, which suits sleeping, especially with jet lag or for children's naps.
Are towels and toiletries provided?
Yes. Fresh bedding, towels, toiletries and slippers are provided, and there is hot water.
Entertainment and internet
What is in the entertainment room?
Karaoke, a 4K projector, a PlayStation with PlayStation Plus and Netflix.
What TVs are there?
A 75-inch 4K TV in the living room, a 55-inch 4K TV in the master bedroom and smart TVs in bedrooms 2 and 3.
How fast is the WiFi?
Up to 1 Gbit/s, with mesh WiFi on every floor. It works well for video calls, streaming and remote work.
Kitchen and rooftop
Can we cook?
Yes. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, kettle, dishes and a fridge of about 540 litres.
Can we use the BBQ on the rooftop?
Yes. The rooftop terrace of about 56–60 m² has a BBQ, a smoker, an outdoor sofa, plants and solar lights.
Arrival and services
How does check-in work?
Self check-in with a keypad lock. You also receive a key for the outer gate. Detailed instructions are sent after booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is between 14:00 and 23:00, check-out is by 12:00.
Do you offer an airport transfer?
Yes, an airport transfer can be arranged with your booking.
Is there a washing machine or a laundry service?
Yes. Guests may use the washing machine in the kitchen area, and a laundry service is available for 30 EUR per load. There is also an iron in the house.

Is there a safe, and are there cameras?
There is a safe for valuables, and there are outdoor cameras at the entrance.
Is there a rule for loud music?
Yes. Loud music only until 21:30. Sing early, then enjoy a film or a game later in the evening.
Is smoking allowed?
Not indoors. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
