Family accommodation District 7: a whole house for your family

Travelling with kids, grandparents or the whole extended family? At ASCON LIVING you have the entire house to yourselves, with a bathroom for every bedroom and plenty of space to play, eat and rest.

Why families feel at home here

Family trips work best when everyone has room to breathe. In a hotel that usually means two or three separate rooms, often on different floors, and a lot of time in corridors and lifts. At ASCON LIVING the whole family stays under one roof, in a private house with over 250 m² of living space across three floors plus a rooftop terrace. No other guests share the house, so nobody minds if the kids are lively in the morning.

For parents with small children

Nap times, early bedtimes and late-night snacks are easy when the kitchen, the living room and the bedrooms are all yours.

For multi-generation trips

Grandparents get their own room and bathroom, close to the family but with their own space.

Bedrooms for every family member

There are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and its own air conditioning. Parents usually take the master bedroom of about 55 m² with its 180×200 cm bed, balcony and 55-inch 4K TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a 160×200 cm bed and a smart TV, ideal for children, teenagers or grandparents.

For nap times

Bedroom 3 is an interior room without a window, so it stays dark and quiet. Many children fall asleep there more easily during the day.

For teenagers

Their own room, their own TV and their own bathroom: a simple recipe for a happy teenager.

Meals the way your family likes them

Picky eaters, early breakfasts, baby food, a craving for something familiar after a week of new flavours: a real kitchen solves all of that. There is a stove, an oven, a microwave, a rice cooker, a kettle and dishes for everyone, plus a fridge of about 540 litres for milk, fruit, snacks and drinks.

Everyday family meals

Cook pasta for the kids and try something Vietnamese for yourselves, or bring back food from the restaurants and street food stalls nearby and eat together at the dining table.

A family BBQ

On a warm evening, carry dinner up to the rooftop and grill on the BBQ with the river and the District 1 skyline in view.

Rainy afternoons and family movie nights

Every family holiday needs a plan B. The entertainment room turns an afternoon indoors into a highlight: a movie night with the 4K projector and Netflix, a family karaoke contest, or a PlayStation tournament where the kids finally beat their parents. The living room with its L-shaped sofa and 75-inch 4K TV is the second place to gather.

After the kids are asleep

The grown-ups can head up to the rooftop for a quiet drink under the solar lights. Loud music only until 21:30 means everyone gets a good night's sleep.

Simple and stress-free

There are outdoor cameras at the entrance. The house has a safe for passports and valuables. Self check-in with a keypad means you can arrive whenever your flight lands, and you receive a key for the outer gate.

Arriving with luggage and tired kids

An airport transfer can be arranged with your booking. Fresh bedding, towels, toiletries, slippers and hot water are ready when you arrive, an iron is on hand, guests may use the washing machine, and a laundry service is available for 30 EUR per load.
