A few simple rules so that every group enjoys the house, and the neighbours enjoy having you.
Why we have house rules
ASCON LIVING is a private house in a residential area of Tân Hưng (District 7). You have the whole house to yourselves, with karaoke, a PlayStation, a 4K projector and a rooftop with a BBQ. A few simple rules help everyone get the most out of it: you can enjoy your evenings, the neighbours sleep well, and the house stays in good shape for the next guests.
For families
Quiet evenings mean children sleep well after a long day in the city.
For groups
The rules are easy to plan around: celebrate early, wind down later.
Loud music only until 21:30
Loud music only until 21:30. This is the one rule that shapes the evening, and it fits naturally: sing the big karaoke songs and play music on the rooftop in the early evening, then switch to a film, a PlayStation game or a quiet conversation under the solar lights.
For couples and remote workers
A calm house in the evening means a good night's sleep and a fresh start for the next day.
Arrival and departure
- Self check-in with the keypad lock; please use the key for the outer gate and close the gate behind you.
- Check-in between 14:00 and 23:00, check-out by 12:00.
- Only registered guests may stay in the house; guest registration at check-in is required by Vietnamese law.
In the house
- No smoking indoors; smoking only in designated outdoor areas.
- No wild parties.
- Please treat the house, the furniture and the equipment with care.
- Keep valuables in the safe.
Cameras
There are outdoor cameras at the entrance. If anything is not working or you need help, message us on WhatsApp or Zalo.
