Privacy for everyone
Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom and its own air conditioning. The master bedroom is about 55 m² with a 180×200 cm bed, a 55-inch 4K TV and a balcony. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have 160×200 cm beds and smart TVs; bedroom 3 is an interior room without a window, dark and quiet for those who want to sleep in. There is also a guest WC in the living area.
No bathroom queue
Nobody fights over the shower, and nobody wakes the others when they head out early.

Karaoke nights, game tournaments and movie marathons
The entertainment room is your private stage. Start with karaoke: duets to warm up, then a proper karaoke competition with a jury on the sofa. When voices need a rest, switch to a PlayStation tournament with PlayStation Plus, or a movie marathon with Netflix.
Good timing
Loud music only until 21:30, so plan the big songs early and finish the night with a film or a game.
Rooftop BBQ with the District 1 skyline
The rooftop terrace of about 56–60 m² is where group trips become memories. Fire up the BBQ or the smoker, gather on the outdoor sofa and watch the lights of the District 1 skyline come on across the river. Celebrate a birthday, a reunion with old friends or the end of a successful project. Solar lights keep the mood warm after dark.

Stock the fridge of about 540 litres on day one, then take turns: one team grills, one team clears up.

The house works just as well for business teams. WiFi up to 1 Gbit/s with mesh on every floor handles video calls and uploads from any room. Easy arrival and everyday comfort
Self check-in with a keypad means your group can arrive at any time, with a key for the outer gate. An airport transfer can be arranged with your booking, which helps when several people arrive with luggage. Fresh bedding, towels, toiletries, slippers and hot water are ready, guests may use the washing machine, and a laundry service is available for 30 EUR per load.
